How It Works

1
Case Submitted Through Your Own EMR
Primary care providers or concierge physicians submit clinical cases—typically rashes, lesions, or skin concerns—directly within their own EMR system.
No new portals, no extra logins. This streamlined integration ensures minimal disruption to the current workflow.
2
Dermatologist Review Within 24 Hours
Access Derm receives and reviews each case. A board-certified dermatologist evaluates clinical notes and attached images and provides an expert assessment.
The dermatology consult is documented back into the EMR within 24 business hours, offering a differential diagnosis, treatment suggestions, and clear triage guidance (e.g., reassurance, medication trial, or escalation for in-person care).
3
In-Person Care if Needed
If the case warrants an in-person evaluation, Access Derm can assist in coordinating referrals.
